Out of the Blue is a family owned villa on the North West side of the island, approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes drive from the capital of St Johns. The Cedar Valley Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive.
The Villa has a driveway leading to a carport with ample car parking and sits on about 0.5 acres of garden with a further 0.5 acres of woodland. It is fenced on three sides and there is a path leading down to a secluded beach.
The villa offers uninterrupted panoramic sea views from an elevated position on the decking around the house. A plunge pool (15-foot diameter) is built into the decking. There is patio furniture, together with a barbeque.
The house itself has 3 double bedrooms:
The master bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room with toilet and sink.
Two twin bedrooms, both with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and fans. One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite toilet.

There is a large Sitting/Dining room with ceiling fan.

The kitchen has a large fridge, gas cooker, toaster, cool box for the beach, together with cutlery, plates, glasses etc.

A bar area with an indoor patio leading out onto the decking which surrounds the house. The decking has a balustrade around it.
There is a washing machine, further toilet and shower situated in the Laundry Room outside.
The villa is fully furnished with all amenities including sheets, bath towels, iron, ironing board and hair drier. Please note you do need to take your own beach towels. The electricity in the villa is 110 volts.
